How long will it take to ship my order?

All of the items are handmade, it normally takes around 7-9 working days to make and ship out your order. This is not taking into

account delivery times.

 

How do I make changes to an order I have placed?

How do I track my order?

This will depend on the shipping method you have chosen. All tracked shipping is with Royal Mail and tracking numbers will be sent

to you once your package has been shipped.

 

What is your returns policy?

All items can be returned and refunded (not including shipping costs) if they are still sealed in the packaging they are sent in.

Due to the nature of my main items (earrings and necklaces) this is due to hygiene reasons. 

All items are sent in a biodegradable packet that are sealed. Return postage will be on the customer.

Do you ship internationally?

I do but only through my Etsy store (country depending), my website is for UK only.
