1 Returns Eligibility

You may return items if:

• You contact us within 14 days of delivery

• The item is unused and in original condition & packaging

• The item is returned within 14 days of approval

2 Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

• Custom or personalised jewellery

• Earrings (for hygiene reasons) unless faulty

• Items damaged due to wear and tear

3 Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

• Contact us ASAP after delivery with photos

• We will offer a replacement or full refund

4 Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days after receiving the return

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method

5 Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty

• We recommend tracked shipping as we are not responsible for lost returns
